We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date.
This guarantee applies to:
- Monthly subscription plans
- Yearly subscription plans
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days of receiving your request.
4. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This must be your first refund request for GPX.sh services
4.1 Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Terms of Service Violations: Accounts terminated or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Fraud or Abuse: Refunds will not be issued for accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of the service, or any form of manipulation.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund, your account will be permanently suspended and you will not be eligible for future refunds or services.
- Previous Refunds: Customers who have previously received a refund for a GPX.sh subscription are not eligible for additional refunds.
- Subscription Renewals: Refund requests for subscription renewals (subsequent billing cycles after the initial 30-day period) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Processing
All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed through Paddle to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund approval
6. Subscription Cancellation
If you do not wish to continue your subscription but do not want a refund, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Visit your account settings to cancel your subscription
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
Cancelling your subscription before a renewal date will prevent any future charges. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
