GPX.sh provides a platform for uploading, editing, storing, sharing, and viewing GPX (GPS Exchange Format) files. The Service allows users to share their GPS tracks, routes, and waypoints with others.
If you purchase a subscription or other paid features, payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record. We do not process or store your payment card details. Paddle will handle your payment and provide receipts or invoices.

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any GPX files and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant GPX.sh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to share such content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or violates these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPX.sh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
